Drop the file in the browser and the month closes while you watch it. We do not ask for your email address until you have read the closed month and decided it was worth something.
What to send
One statement
A bank or credit card statement for a single month, as the PDF or CSV your bank gives you. Not a scan of paper, not a screenshot.
The month you want closed
We read the period off the statement itself and show it back to you before we close anything. If the file holds several months, we close the most recent full one.
What the business does
One question, asked once, after we have read the file: general contractor, Shopify seller, dental practice. It selects the chart of accounts, and a wrong chart poisons every report.
A password-protected PDF cannot be read. Save an unlocked copy from your bank and send that instead. We never ask for the password.
What comes back
A closed month
Profit and loss for that month, with the ending balance matched to the balance printed on your statement, or the month labeled not tied out.
The ledger
Every transaction: date, description as printed, category, amount, our confidence, and the source line it came from.
The flag list
Every line we could not categorize with confidence, stated as a question rather than a guess. You clear it in one sitting.
A watermarked export
The free month's export carries a watermark. Paid months do not.
If the month cannot be tied out we say so, and we name the document that is missing. A month is either tied out or it is not. There is no third state.
Then the rest of the months
One payment for the months you are behind.
Buy the package that covers how far back you are. Send the rest of your statements to the same address and every month is closed in turn. No subscription, no retainer.
Payment is taken on a hosted Stripe page. Titan never sees your card number, and there is nothing to cancel later.
The per-month rate is the package price divided by the months it covers, to the cent. If a month cannot be tied out we refund that month at that rate, without being asked.
Above 500 transactions in a month a volume tier applies, from the same public table. Never by quote, and never revealed after payment.
